New stuff and stuff

So I have some pretty exciting news. I'm going to play my Novax at our debut performance of Miss Wensday and the New Medicinals. Even more exciting than that: I will be playing with some ultra heady musicians. Marco LeClerc on the keyboard spacestation. Alex Chapman on a real live analog drum set. Wensday Greenbomb will be belting it out on the micrometer-phone. We have an awesome set prepared for everyone so definitely check us out at The 201 (201 Westminster St. Downtown Providence) on December 17 @ 10:30 pm.

What is a Novax? http://www.novaxguitars.com

Why is this going to be an awesome show? Because its not just a "show". It's more than a show. It's music...it's cabaret...it's weird funny ridiculousness...not all the time though...sometimes it will be very serious and if you laugh you will be punished. This is the beginning. It is evolving and will soon be a spectacle that will keep everyone coming back for more.

I'll keep it short for all of you who hate to read. So keep track of my gigs and come see me play will ya!??!

My website has my performance schedule on it. Duh.

Where is all this music coming from all of a sudden!????!!!

So I am happy to announce that as of lately, a lot of my musical endeavors are paying off...well, not quite PAYING off yet, but they are gaining a lot of momentum:

Kim Trusty Band. I just listened to the mixed version of the album that will be coming out in a month or so. WOW. It sounds amazing. The production quality is simply stunning; our engineer Brian Charles from Zippah Recording Studios did a fantastic job with everything. I can't wait for you all to hear it and be as blown away as I was. Our CD Release Party is going to be November 22 at The Hi-Hat in Providence. Mark your calendars!

Symmetry. This band is starting to really take off! With the help of our buddy Chris, he is really starting to push the hell out of us! We have a gig coming up at UConn, which should be really cool. There is an album that will be coming out shortly (within the next month or so) that Symmetry and Ryan Lewis produced. The band will be performing some of the songs from the album, as well as some older Symmetry stuff. Keep your eyes peeled for us in the near future. You will be hearing a lot more from this up and coming group! For now, check out the following write-ups/ reviews in these blogs:
